  Workers will operate and drive modern farm machinery including tractors, planters, sprayers, and harvesters to plant, cultivate, and harvest grain crops such as wheat, oats, alfalfa, soybeans, dry beans, and corn. Duties include hauling and storing crops, using grain handling equipment, and operating support equipment to keep primary machinery running. Workers will assist with cleaning grain bins, shop work, and equipment maintenance, including servicing and performing minor repairs. Use of GPS and precision farming technology may be required. Additional tasks include cleaning and organizing the shop and farmyard. Workers must follow safety procedures and farm protocols at all times. Due to the short seasonal window, only experienced (Skill Level II) workers are needed, as the employer does not have the capacity to train new workers each season.
