Primary duty is to operate heavy and tractor-trailer trucks to transport grain, seed, fertilizer, and related agricultural materials between farm locations, grain elevators, storage facilities, and delivery points. Drivers must safely load and unload cargo using equipment provided, ensure loads are secured, monitor transport conditions, and maintain accurate delivery logs. Routine vehicle inspections, minor maintenance, and adherence to all safety and traffic regulations are required. Workers may also assist with seasonal grain elevator operations, including cleaning, maintenance, and related support tasks during peak agricultural periods. Work is physically demanding and may involve lifting up to 50lbs, exposure to extreme weather, and repetitive tasks.
