• Offer description:

  We farm 3,000 acres consisting of cotton and peanuts. We also have 350 acres of pine trees that will need to be looked after as well. We will till the ground early spring and plant the crops in the spring simultaneously. We will spray and fertilize during the summer months and harvest early fall and through fall. Employees will be required to operate heavy equipment including tractors, sprayers, cotton pickers, peanut harvesters, and excavator. Employees will be required to keep workspace and field edges clean during growing season. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
