  Prepare fields for crops, plant, fertilize, water, weed, maintain irrigation to water crops, harvest, transport crops to trucks, seed for next crop. Cutting, tethering, racking and baling of hay, storing hay in barn and loading hay. Work fields to prepare for next crop. Bushhogging fields to maintain pasture. Perform a variety of other duties such as lubricating and repairing farm machinery used in fields, maintain fences, barn and outbuildings. Work in extreme weather heat or cold for longs hours. Work hours and days may vary weather permitting; too much rain may cause work stoppage or delays as the ground becomes too wet.
