  Cutting, tethering, racking and baling of hay, storing hay in barn and loading hay. Prepare fields for planting row crops, corn and soybeans, fertilize, weed, spray, water, harvest and load crops on trucks for transport to barn. Bushhogging fields. Perform a variety of other duties such as lubricating and cleaning farm machinery. Maintain fences, barn and outbuildings. Work in extreme weather heat or cold for longs hours. Work hours and days may vary weather permitting; too much rain may cause work stoppage or delays as the ground becomes too wet.
