  Workers will perform work related to baiting and harvesting crawfish, pulling crawfish traps at the end of the year for storeage, and will also work as a general farm labor on a rice farm which includes irrigation duties, fertilizing, keeping fields free of debris, performing minor repair and maintenance to farm equipment and vehicles, as well as any other general farm labor duties that may be associated with crawfish and rice farms. Some tractor driving may be required. Workers will be responsibel for keeping the housing and yard clean and free of debris as well as the shop and shop areas. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties. Workers will be required to follow all work and safety rules. Workers may be drug tested post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and to keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines.
