  Workers will be required to erect and maintain hot houses, filling planting boxes with hecho, planting seeds in planting boxes. putting hecho in cups, transplanting plants into cups, watering plants in the hot house, preparing the field for planting by spreading fertilizer, laying plastic and drip, laying lay flat, planting tomatoes and other vegetables in the fields, stick, tie, prune vegetables, hand harvest tomatoes and vegetables, process tomatoes and vegetables by grading and packing in boxes. Field irrigation duties, field and shed sanitation duties, cleaning and minor repair and maintenance on farm equipment and vehicles, etc. with some tractor driving and any general farm labor that may arise from working on a vegetable/melon farm. Workers may be drug tested post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. All posted safety and work rules must be followed. All workers must be physically able to perform all duties.
