Crops: Sod, Corn, Soybeans, Wheat, Sorghum Position Overview: This role involves performing a wide variety of tasks to support the day- to -day operations of the farm. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, flexible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Assist with mowing yards and fields to maintain grounds and crop areas. Support fertilization and irrigation processes to ensure crop health. Operate and maintain farm equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Perform basic equipment repair and routine maintenance. Load and unload trucks with supplies, equipment, and farm products. Assist in general construction projects as needed (2-3 hours a week). Safely operate a forklift and other machinery in compliance with training and safety standards. Complete additional tasks as assigned to support overall farm productivity. Qualifications: Previous farm, landscaping, or construction experience preferred, but not required. Ability to safely operate machinery and tools (training will be provided if necessary) Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills. Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Work Environment: This position involves outdoor labor in a variety of weather conditions and requires standing, lifting, bending, and operating equipment for extended periods.
