  Workers will be required drive tractors to help prepare fields for planting, plowing, disking, putting out fertizer, planting and harvesting crops, minor repair and maintenance to farm vehicle and equipment, cleaning shop area and yard, drainage work, irriagion work, cleaning house, and keeping the yard and fields free of debris, field sanitation duties, help moving cattle, repairing fencing, feeding cattle, and any other general labor jobs that may arise in the operation of a grain and cattle farm. Drug tests may be administered post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described. Workers must follow all work and safety rules.
