  Employees will be required to prepare, maintain, and operate farming equipment/machinery, such as tractors, seeders, drills, plows, sprayers. Plant, harvest garlic, hay. Caring for cows, feeding, sertting mineral, checking wellbeing. Calving cows by tagging and keeping records of mother & calf. Check & rebuild fence lines in pastures, Running haying equipment. Must be able to lift up to 100lbs on a regular basis. Stand, sit for long periods of time.Employees will not be operating any equipment or vehicles over the 26,001 lb GVW weight limit. General farming duties such as servicing and repairing, along with basic facility maintenance/upkeep due to weather damage and everyday use.
