  Duties may include: manually cutting of fish bait, baiting traps, operate motorized crawfish boats, traps are removed from the pond, crawfish are emptied into sacks, traps are re-baited and put back into pond, setting traps, picking up traps, stocking ponds, repair crawfish traps as needed, weigh & tag crawfish, wash & grade crawfish, load crawfish in truck to deliver to markets/plants. May also include driving tractor, equipment & trucks, field preparations, planting of rice, fertilizing, assist with loading/unloading rice trucks, must be able to drive vehicle to various farm locations and crawfish plants/markets; spraying to maintain vegetation; maintain rice bins to include clean up rice spills, sweeping rice spills/pins, help repair & maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, and farm roads, water maintenance.
