  Drive/operate farm machinery, plant, cultivate, spray, fertilize, harvest, transport, store grain crops of corn and soybeans. Attach farm implements, e.g. plow, disc, drill to tractor, till soil, plant and cultivate. Tows harvesting equipment, drive/operate self-propelled combine to harvest crops. Perform duties like lubricating, repairing farm machinery lifting at least 100 lbs. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate ($19.21/hr) if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
