  Our operation includes 3,000 tillable acres of cash crops including spring wheat, soybeans, sunflowers, barley, oats, flax and corn. We also have 3,000 acres of CRP. Employee will operate large farm equipment and machinery equipped with GPS, such as tractor, sprayer for cultivating, tilling, fertilizing, planting, moving, storing, and harvesting grain and oilseed crops. Employee will assist with mowing, spraying, and upkeep of farm property. Employee will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employee will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment and facilities. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
