  To operate tractors in the rice, soybean and corn fields in preparation for the upcoming planting season. To assist with the maintenance of the existing crops, planting of new crop and harvesting of the crop. Sweeping grain bins, minor maintenance of farming equipment. General Farm Work. Must be able to work in hot, humid weather, bending and stooping to reach ground level crops and able to stand on feet for long periods of time. Once hired, workers may be required to take random drug test at no cost to worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination.
