  Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found in SOC Code 45-2092 Farmworkers and Laborers, Crop, Nursery, and Greenhouse such as: Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Set up, repair, maintain, and operate irrigation equipment including multiple inlet system and furrow; Inform farm managers of crop progress; Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery (much of which is equipped with Trimble or Greenstar GPS) such as combine, planter, tillage tool to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops such as rice, corn, soybeans; Load inputs and drive trucks to transport to employer’s fields, load employer’s crops and drive trucks to transport to fields and storage facilities such as elevators, bins, silos, piles/bags in close proximity to the farm; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping such as mowing, weed eating, spraying; Regulate conditions; Mix materials, dump solutions or seeds into planter or sprayer machinery; Perform recordkeeping such as irrigation logs; speak and understand English.
