  Roberts Farms is located in West Tennessee on the banks of the Mississippi River. We are a no-till and cover crop based farm of 1,300+ acres currently growing corn, soybeans, and a mixture of winter cereals. Employee will operate tractors during planting/growing season, sprayers, combine during harvest, haul water to sprayer, drive farm truck hauling grain to on-farm storage and deliver to river terminals during harvest, and assist in all aspects of equipment maintenance/repair. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
