  The Farmworkers will perform any combination of the following duties in connection with nursery related work. Prepare soil and growth media, cultivate, prune and otherwise participate in horticulture activities. Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery and self-propelled machinery to grow and harvest nursery stock, plants and trees. Haul and spread top soil, fertilizer, etc. to condition land. Tie, bunch, wrap and pack flowers, plants, shrubs and trees. Harvest full-grown crops requiring digging, balling, and heavy lifting. Mix chemical solutions, such as fertilizer, herbicides and pesticides and spray plants. Hours may vary based on weather and crop conditions.
