We are a combination of water well drilling and pump pulling and typical farm work. We own three drilling trucks. Well drilling would require support of drilling operations and pump installations for farming irrigation systems; Conduct testing and record data; Operate service trucks and transport equipment using trailers; Pull pumps, inspect components, and perform repairs as needed; Dismantle and replace old pipe systems with new installations; Test repaired pumps to ensure optimal operation; Maintain irrigation pumps and motors for efficiency and reliability. Farming includes harvesting wheat or soybeans and planting wheat or soybeans, fence repair and building, cattle care, equipment maintenance. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: apply products such as fertilizers, pesticides, growth inhibitors, etc; haul and spread materials such as but not limited to fertilizer to condition the soil; load crops and drive trucks to transport to and from fields and/or storage locations or facilities; load and unload materials and commodities; load inputs and drive trucks to transport to fields; maintain inventory, mix materials, dump solutions or seeds into planter, spreader, sprayer type machinery; repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures; tend to livestock by feeding, medicating, general care, grading, sorting, working, placing identification on, or relocating; tilling soil, weeding; use hand tools such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears, loppers, knives, wrenches, crow bars, air tools, and electric tools; work in extreme temperatures. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: augers, bins, silos, loading and unloading facilities, combines or other harvesting equipment, dirt moving equipment, grain carts, forklift, mowers and other landscaping equipment, pickups, cars, etc, planters, semi trucks, skid steers, tillage equipment, tractor/trailer combinations, tractors. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: cattle, soybeans, wheat. Must speak and understand English.
