• Offer description:

  Plant, spray, weed, fertilize and water plants, shrubs and trees using hand & gardening tools. Grading, trenching and tilling soil. Clearing removing weeds/debris and mowing between tree rows. Fertilizing, watering, trimming, tying tops of trees, cutting, sorting and wrapping tree trunks in protective felt. Using setter to prepare plant liners, crimping ·baskets and 1oading/unloading trees onto trucks. Harvest plants to transplant or to pot and label them. Clean work areas. Sow, grass seed and/or plant plugs of grass. Regulate greenhouse conditions and maintain irrigation system, making repairs needed. Dig, cut, prune and transplant seedlings, cuttings, trees-and shrubs. Fill growing tanks with water. Maintain inventory; ordering materials as required. Dig, rake and screen soil, filling cold frames & hot beds in preparation for planting. Inspect plants for insects. Move containerized shrubs, plants & trees, using wheelbarrows or carts & shovels. Prepare/maintain digging machines; sharpening blades & organizing materials. Operate tractors and other machinery and equipment to fertilize, cultivate, harvest and spray fields/plants.
