  Job duties include but are not limited to: Row crop farming: drive and operate farm machinery to plant, spray, cultivate, harvest and store crops. Attach farm implements such as plow, disc and drill to a tractor. Till the soil, rock picking, plant and cultivate grain. Irrigation of rice and soybeans. Drain excess water from crops and assist in the irrigation of crops. Equipment maintenance - general lubrication incidental repair to farm machinery. General maintenance, including welding Manual labor: pick up and carry sacks of grain, load and unload trucks. Applicants must note that the farm is a drug and alcohol-free environment. Zero alcohol tolerance policy on the entire farm, including housing. Smoking is allowed, but not inside of the housing, farm buildings and any vehicles. Crops: Rice and soybeans
