• Offer description:

  Overseeing the daily operations of the farm. Ensuring certain jobs as oil changes, equipment washing, livestock feeding, seed deliveries, chemical deliveries, liquid fertilizer deliveries are being done. Daily reporting to management will be necessary. During season will assist in necessary activities such as preparing all equipment for fieldwork, spraying crops; operating equipment such as combines, tractors, fertilizer spreader, sprayer, UTV's, mowing equipment; maintaining yards and roadside mowing/trimming, maintaining elevator belts/motors, maintaining work area cleanliness. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
