  We need seasonal workers to assist with corn and soybean production. Employees role involves the daily operations for row-crop production, equipment operation and working to increase productivity, efficiency, and yield. A Farm Operations Member will help harvest and move grain from the field to grain facilities and help to maintain line of equipment. Working together as a team to timely and efficiently harvest corn and soybean production. Also, the ability to be flexible and help assist in all areas of the operation related to crop production when needed. The workers will operate farm equipment for corn & soybean harvest, operate semi-truck & trailer to deliver grain from field to grain facilities, assist with routine equipment repairs and maintenance in the farm workshop, assist in keeping all farm facilities clean and organized, and assist in keeping all farm vehicles and machines clean inside and out. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
