• Offer description:

  We farm 4500-acres of row crop (Peanut and Cotton) and 12-acres of orchard blueberries. Workers will be required to assist with all aspects of raising these crops including but not limited to planting, maintaining, and harvesting crops. This may require workers to run tractors and other heavy farm machinery. They will be expected to check and repair fences if needed. Employees will need to complete general farm duties as directed. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
