  We grow sod, mow sod and harvest sod on about 250 acres, all at different stages during the year. Sod is also hauled to various locations. We need seasonal employees to grow sod, mow sod and harvest sod. Employees will operate tractors and harvesters. Frequent stooping is required mostly during the process of netting sod, shortly after planting the new seeds, this is part of growing the sod. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing this crop, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
