• Offer description:

  We farm 9,000 acres of corn and soybeans. Employees will need to assist with all aspects of growing these crops including driving a farm truck to haul crops to and from grain storage locations. All employees will complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. No commercial truck driving is required. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
