  We need seasonal employees to assist with the our farming operation where we raise wheat, corn, milo and soybeans from February through December. Employees will need to assist with all aspects of growing these crops including planting, fertilizing, harvesting and hauling the crops. Employees will need to operate farm equipment to plant and harvest the crops. Employees will also be required to load and do infield repair work on equipment as well as routine maintenance like washing and cleaning the equipment. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
