  I operate a row crop farm based in Lovington, IL where we raise corn, soybeans, and wheat. Currently managing 18,000 acres spread out over a 60-mile radius and operated from three farm bases. Operations include planting, spraying, harvesting, tillage, farm trucking, drainage tile install, excavation, grain handling, and equipment maintenance. We operate John Deere equipment with GPS systems on all operations. Employees will need to operate equipment and complete general farm labor to help with all operations. Spring operations will include tillage, planting, & spraying operations. Summer season will be equipment maintenance, spraying, mowing, excavation, and construction projects. Fall season will include operating a combine, auger wagon, tillage equipment, tile installation, and hauling of crops with trucks. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
