  We need a seasonal employee to operate farm equipment including a tractor with tillage equipment and a tractor with hay tedder, rake, baler or bale mower. Employee will be cutting hay and mowing roadsides, operate a grain cart, complete general farm work, workshop work, cleaning and maintaining farm buildings and yard. Must be able to complete maintenance and repair work on equipment including some mechanical work. Complete other farm duties as assigned. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
