  We operate a seasonal row crop farming operation where we farm corn and soybeans. We need seasonal employees to assist with all aspects of growing and raising these crops. Employees will need to do field work operating agricultural equipment including tractors to till fields. Employees will need to operate grain carts during the harvest season. Employees will also need to drive semi-trucks to haul harvesting crops from field to storage locations. Must be able to complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment. Job duties will include tillage, planting, and grain handling. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience.
