• Offer description:

  Employees will assist with planting, spraying and harvesting wheat, white corn, yellow corn and soybeans and working cattle and sheep. We need seasonal employees to assist with the planting of crops in the spring using JD 8130 with Greenstar GPS and JD1795 12/23 split row planters and a JD1990 CCS drill. Employees will apply protection products during spring and summer using JD4730 with Greenstar and 90ft booms. Employees will harvest crops using JD9770 and JDS670 combines with JD6120 corn heads and MacDon FD35 draper. Employees will be responsible to complete routine maintenance and service on all equipment. Employees will separate, feed, and medicate cattle and sheep as needed. Employee must have some knowledge of engine mechanics and be able to work on both gasoline and diesel machinery. Employee must be able to get along with others as we have several employees and will not tolerate disagreements among employees. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
