  We need a seasonal employee to assist with all aspects of planting, growing, harvesting, corn and soybeans. Employee will need to operate farm equipment such a skid-steer loader, excavator, dozer, tile plow, tractors, combines, plow, planters, hand tools and others. Employees will also be working with the dryers to store the crops. Employees will be expected to help with routine maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of equipment, keeping general areas tidy and other miscellaneous duties as they arise for daily working on the farm. Complete general farm duties as assigned. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
