We operate a farm, harvesting corn and soybeans. We need employees to operate farm equipment during our growing season, to complete duties including tillage, planting, spraying, crop maintenance, harvesting commodities which are all the steps of the growing season. Employees will also need to drive semi-trucks to haul grain, operate tractors and other farm equipment, work the ground, planting, side dressing nitrogen, row cultivation and operate a grain cart. Employees will complete routine maintenance and cleaning on equipment. Grounds and building maintenance and general manual labor. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
