• Offer description:

  We need seasonal starting in March to plant crops and in the fall to harvest cotton, milo, beans and cotton on our own farm. We will also be growing corn and corn planting starts in February. Operate farm equipment to haul harvest products to storage areas and do infield maintenance on equipment. Employees will operate John Deere combines, tractors, and sprayers. From September 15 to November 15 assist with custom combining for the clients listed on the itinerary. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate ($15.00/hr) if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
