  We need seasonal employees to assist with the growing and harvesting of corn and soybeans. Employees will operate equipment including, but not limited to, semi-tractors and trailers, pickup trucks, mowers, forklifts, skid loaders. Complete general yard maintenance. provide full agronomy services including crop scouting and soil sampling. Apply chemical and fertilizer to the crop with sprayers. Haul grain to storage bins. Complete field maintenance such as discing other maintenance on the field. Overtime applies after 40 hours. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience at Bollmeyer Inc. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
