  Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found in SOC Code 45-2091 Agricultural Equipment Operator such as: Mix specified materials or chemicals, and dump solutions, powders, or seeds into planter or sprayer machinery; Observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions; Manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust mechanisms on machinery for cultivating, planting, spraying, watering, harvesting, storing, crops; Operate or tend large, high horsepower farm equipment (much of which is equipped with GPS) used in agricultural production such as tractor, combine, sprayer, planter, digger, grain cart, mower to produce crops such as peanuts, watermelons, potatoes, sweet potatoes, soybeans, peas, cotton, wheat; Drive truck to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farmworkers; Attach farm implements such as plows, discs, planters, harvesters to tractors using bolts and hand tools; Operate towed machines such as seed drills or spreaders to plant, fertilize, dust, and spray crops; Operate and maintain irrigation systems; Record information about crops such as yield, inputs, pests. Must speak and understand English. Approximate staggered entry: 3 workers to begin Feb 10, 2 workers to begin March 7, and 2 workers to begin March 21.
