  Job Duties - Workers will perform assigned duties as instructed by their supervisor. Duties may vary from time to time. Following the supervisor's instructions, the worker will drive and control farm equipment for mowing, spraying, and maintaining harvest crops. Workers must have at least 3-months of experience in operating/driving aforementioned farm equipment and be able to do so in a timely and safe manner. In order to perform this kind of work, the worker must be able to work outside for at least 8 hours per day in all kinds of weather and be in possession of the requisite physical strength and endurance to mount and dismount equipment.
