  We need of seasonal workers to help through spring, summer and fall. During the month of February employees will assist in preparing equipment for the season and completing routine maintenance and service on equipment. We need seasonal help to operate on the farm truck, tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, combines, grain carts, and self-propelled machinery to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, and to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops. Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements and mechanical equipment. After harvest is complete, employees will assist in hauling grain to storage bins and grain elevators. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
