  Job duties will include the operation of farm equipment including tractors, sprayers, mowers, ATVs, skid steers, rock pickers, and other heavy machinery to till soil, plant, cultivate, harvest, and maximize the production of crops. Equipment will also be used to clear stumps from farmland which recently had timber cut; clearing land; hauling stumps; smoothing fields; preparing cleared land for planting; cutting, baling, moving, and wrapping hay; rotary mowing pasture; spraying weeds. Job duties will also include tending to livestock and transporting livestock to a local processing facility or local sale barn. Non-CDL farm trucks will be loaded with agricultural products and driven on the farm and to storage facilities. Workers will feed calves hay and mixing feed; check and inspect cows daily looking for any signs of problems; moving cows to barn when necessary; checking and repairing fence lines; loading, hauling, vaccinating, and tagging calves; castrating bull calves. Workers will be required to perform maintenance on and clean all equipment. The employer reserves the right to increase workers' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer.
