  Drives and operates farm machinery installed with GPS to perform farm activities of plant cultivating and harvesting crops such as wheat and corn. The workers will drive tractors and operate designated towing equipment, disks, and drags to furrow and fertilize the soil. Must be able to work independently after given instructions. Employees must have a valid driver's license or obtain one within 30 days. Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls only. NO TEXTING. No smoking in /on any property of the Employer. No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours is otherwise discouraged. No Educational level required. Must have three months of tractor driving with towed implements and operate computerized monitors.
