AEWR; US Workers: MS: $9.74; H2A Workers: MS: $8.59. Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found in SOC Code 45-2092 Farmworkers and Laborers, Crop, Nursery, and Greenhouse such as: Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery (much of which is equipped with GPS) such as sprayer, spreader, combine, pickup, loader, dozer, excavator, forklift, and atv to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops such as hay, wheat, soybeans, silage, corn, peanuts; Load agricultural products into trucks without over or underfilling bed or trailer, and drive to market or storage facilities; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; Haul and spread topsoil, fertilizer, and other materials to condition soil; Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures such as grain bins; Mix materials, dump solutions or seeds into planter or sprayer machinery; Attach implements using hand tools; Operate chainsaw, weed eater, lawn mower, hand tools to remove trees or brush; Burn excess growth or debris; Complete and assist others in general farm tasks such as load/unload, deliver, store, protect, clean up of products used in the production of agricultural commodities including but not limited to chemicals, fertilizers, seed, commodities themselves, etc. Must be able to speak and understand English.
