  We operate a grain farm that raises around 4,400 acres of corn, soybeans, and wheat. We need employees that can operate tillage, planting and harvest equipment along with driving semi’s. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment and facilities. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
