• Offer description:

  We farm a total of 13,000 acres of cotton and grain sorghum. Employees will be driving equipment including harvest equipment, and will be working around the shop. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
