  We farm around 2,000 acres of corn, cotton, soybeans, sesame and rice. We need seasonal employees to complete general farm duties including field work to plant, raise and harvest these crops. Employees will need to operate farm equipment including tractors, planters, tillers and harvesting equipment. Employees will prepare the fields for planting which include spreading fertilizer and tilling fields, planting crops, watering rice, spraying crops and harvest crops when ready. Complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
