  Assist with daily farm Functions but not limited to the following: Operating various equipment for planting, spraying and harvesting of crops; machinery maintenance and repair; grain handling, hauling farm commodities; feeding pigs and daily care of pigs and facilities; hauling feed to pigs; rock picking, mowing and other miscellaneous duties assigned. As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, an employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) per year, provided the employee works a minimum of 80 hours in a calendar year.
