  Help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, and farm roads. Crawfishing involves manually cutting up of fish bait, baiting of traps; operate motorized & push crawfish boats; reach or kneel for prolonged period of times; standing & walking for prolonged period of times; frequent stooping and lifting traps from pond, walk levees and hand shovel to repair if needed; repair traps as needed, load & unload trucks, wash & grade, lifting requirement of 40 lbs., repetitive movements. Rice to include: Drive tractor, plow fields, patrols, maintain irrigation of ditches & levees, harvest rice crop and working outside in inclement weather conditions; Tools, supplies & equipment provided at no cost, housing provided on the premises at no cost; Transportation & subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience, may be subject to random drug screen paid by employer upon hire or if suspicions arise--this is a drug free work zone. Must have legal authority to work within the U.S
