  Workers are required to work crawfish ponds in preparation for harvest, repair and replace traps for distribution in ponds, distribute bait traps, harvest crawfish from traps into a trough to grade and sack, rebait and reset traps, pick up traps after harvest and prepare levees with shovel. General farm labor including but not limited to shovel work, cleaning equipment, etc. will also be required. Workers will be exposed to water dangers such as poisonous snakes, alligators etc. Drug test may be performed post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Workers will be required to follow any posted rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
