  Workers will be required to prepare crawfish traps for distribution, bait ponds, bait crawfish traps, harvest traps, bag crawfish, weigh and label bags, rebait and re-distribute crawfish traps, repair damaged traps, store traps after harvest season. Workers may perform general farm labor such as cleaning shop, house yard, shop yard, boats, etc. Workers must not be afraid of water hazards such as snakes, alligators, etc. Workers may be drug tested post-hire at no cost to the worker to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Failure to comply or testing positive may result in immediate termination. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties. Workers agree to follow all work and safety rules.
