AEWR; US Workers: ND: $12.31; H2A Workers: ND: $11.04. Operate and monitor grain conditioning tools to ensure efficient and safe conditioning of grain to meet quality standards; Probe trucks to check and test grain quality, moisture, and test weight. Have the ability to use and operate scale room to grade product. Load and unload hoppers and containers with products using handtrucks, forklifts, suction gates, shovels, pitchforks, brooms; Push and pull knobs and levers to control and operate grain drying equipment. Place products in containers according to grade; Weigh products or estimate their weight, visually or by feel; Discard inferior or defective products or foreign matter, and place acceptable products in containers for further processing; Guide products to regulate flow and to discard diseased or rotten products; Obtain grain samples and test for moisture and grain quality; Monitor and report grain moisture and grades to farm manager; Operate fans and, dryers other equipment to condition grain and control moisture levels. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including storage areas and surrounding facilities; Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and the team; Load semi-trucks with hopper bottom trailers without over or underfilling trailers; drive and deliver grain to terminals and ports using semi-trucks. Must be able to speak and understand English.
