Clean and service all tractors, field implements, and small equipment used in winter season. Maintain greenhouses by washing/disinfecting all benches, tools, pots, greenhouse structures, including poly covering and associated equipment. Perform seasonal clean out of other buildings, including barns, storage sheds, and housing units as needed to prepare for growing season. 1 month verifiable experience in operating a snow plow, skid steer loader and farm tractors of 50-100 horsepower. Number of hours each week and daily work schedule may fluctuate depending on weather conditions. Emergency Procedures Justification: We respectfully request that the Department of Labor accept the attached Form ETA-790 as timely filed pursuant to the Department’s emergency filing procedures. The delay in submission was directly and unavoidably caused by the recent Federal Government shutdown, which rendered the Foreign Labor Application Gateway (FLAG) system and other essential government functions inaccessible during the designated filing period. Rexcroft has made all reasonable and good-faith efforts to prepare and file the application in advance of the statutory filing deadline. However, due to the shutdown, the FLAG system was unavailable and we were unable to electronically submit the application as required. As soon as the system became operational, the employer immediately submitted the Form ETA-790.
