AEWR; US Workers: CO: $16.28; H2A Workers: CO: $14.81. Workers will perform winter-season agricultural support tasks on a grain farm. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Equipment maintenance; Inspect, clean, and maintain farm machinery including tractors, planter, sprayers, combines, loaders; Perform general mechanical servicing, filters, oil lubrications, repairs; Grain storage preparation; Clean grain bins augers and surrounding storage; Remove old grain and residue; Facility upkeep; Clean and organize the farm shop and storage; Maintain farm infrastructure such as fences, gates; Field Preparation (weather permitting); Early application of fertilizers; Spreading manure on farm fields; Grounds maintenance; Clearing snow on farm property; Hauling grain to local feed yards; Remove sorghum hay bales from fields; Follow all farm safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE). Must speak and understand English. employer will abide by all of Colorado's agricultural laws to include Senate Bill 21-087 ("SB87") and any subsequent Overtime and Minimum Pay Standards Orders (COMPS order) Effective 1/1/25, overtime must be paid after 48 hours worked per week, or 56 hours worked per week for up to 22 "peak weeks" for highly seasonal employers
